Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY transactions and expert parts knowledge.

You will operate store systems, perform battery installations, wiper services, and diagnose simple issues, while delivering high standards of customer service. Must have 3–5 years in automotive parts; ASE certification preferred; valid driver's license; strong communication and inventory skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Ability to perform DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs)

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries
• Meet personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Perform DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs)
• Maintain store appearance and safety standards
• Handle key holder duties (opening/closing, task assignments)
• Assist in inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock)
