Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing tasks and safety.
• Assist in inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock).
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, parking lot).
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.

Education

Driver's license

ASE certification (preferred)
