Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts identification. You will leverage GAS2 selling techniques, manage battery installation and wiper services, and maintain high customer service standards in a full-time store role.

You're expected to know automotive systems and use inventory and POS tools; ASE P2 certification is preferred. The position requires flexibility to work various days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (open/close duties, task assignment, safety)
• Assist in store inventory processes and back stock management
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, and facing
