Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. This full-time role emphasizes GAS2 selling experience, high customer service standards, and proficiency in identifying and sourcing parts.

The position requires working knowledge of parts catalogs, POS and inventory systems, and the ability to perform battery installations, testing, and related DIY services. ASE certs are preferred but not required.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfilling customer transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
