Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts identification. You will leverage GAS2 selling experience to help customers in-store and on the phone, aiming to achieve sales goals while maintaining high service standards.

Role requires knowledge of automotive systems, parts lookup, and ability to perform services such as battery installation and wiper installs. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
