Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a in-store Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling experience and expert automotive parts knowledge to DIY customers. The role requires handling advanced identification, testing, and sourcing from multiple channels while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will support battery installation and other DIY services, uphold customer service standards, and participate in opening/closing duties as a key holder. The position is full-time and based in-store.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
