Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling experience to DIY customers, leveraging store systems and deep parts knowledge.

This full-time role requires friendly service, accurate parts lookup, and the ability to source from multiple channels. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper changes, maintaining store appearance and safety, and handling opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability handling customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
