Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert product and parts knowledge. The role requires strong selling skills, knowledge of automotive systems, and ability to perform services like battery installs and wiper replacements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in automotive parts, proven sales ability, and ASE-like credentials. The position is full-time and onsite in a retail store environment, with customer-focused responsibilities and daily inventory tasks.

Formación

• Must have strong knowledge of automotive parts and DIY services.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Experience with inventory and store operations.
• Familiarity with POS and parts lookup systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing and safety.
