Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The role emphasizes customer service, inventory handling, and performing DIY services like battery installations and wiper replacements.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in automotive parts sales, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to advance within the store network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience with inventory and parts lookup systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
