Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert automotive parts knowledge and DIY service support. The role includes in-store and phone interactions, performing battery testing, wiper installations, and other DIY tasks, while upholding store appearance and inventory controls.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of parts experience, a valid driver's license, and ASE P2 certification preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• English language skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service standards and store appearance.
• Handle key holder duties including opening/closing tasks.
• Assist in inventory processes and back stock management.
• Keep store clean and safe; support parking lot upkeep.
• Provide DIY services including battery testing and installation.
