Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our professional sales team. You’ll support advanced DIY services and leverage store systems to identify the right parts for customers in person and over the phone.

You will lead ongoing service quality, handle battery installations, testing, and other DIY tasks, and maintain store inventory and merchandising standards. This full-time role requires reliability and strong customer communication.

Formación

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and service focus.
• Must have valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to locate and stock parts and operate store systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals while delivering service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Fulfill key holder duties including opening/closing and safety.
• Assist in inventory and back stock processes; support truck put away.
