Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team. This full-time, professional role combines advanced knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY services to assist customers in-store and by phone with expert guidance.

Responsibilities include delivering GAS2 selling experiences, achieving personal and store sales goals, coordinating DIY services (battery installations, testing, wiper installs), and maintaining safety and store cleanliness.

Formación

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experiences for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and back stock management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
