Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert store systems knowledge, advanced automotive parts knowledge, and strong service standards. The role is full time and involves in-store and phone interactions.

The position requires 3–5 years of parts experience, proficiency with inventory/POS systems, and strong communication. ASE certification is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability.
• Ability to read safety rules, parts catalogs and manuals; write simple correspondence.
• Proficiency with inventory and POS systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
