Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The role involves in-person and phone interactions, targeting sales goals and high service standards.

The position requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and ASE certification preferred. Proficiency with POS and inventory systems is expected, with flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties.
