Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert knowledge of automotive parts and store systems. You will perform battery installations, testing, and other DIY services, while upholding excellent customer service and store standards.

With 3–5 years of parts experience, you will contribute to meeting sales goals and maintain safety and organization across the store. Valid driver’s license and ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to locate and stock automotive parts.
• Familiarity with parts lookup and POS systems.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties.
