The role emphasizes GAS2 selling, inventory control, and high standards of customer service, with responsibilities including battery installations, testing, and assisting with store operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts sourcing, and familiarity with store systems and diagnostics equipment.

Qualifications

• GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Strong knowledge of store systems and parts lookup.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
