Responsibilities include GAS2 selling, achieving sales goals, managing DIY services (battery installs, wiper installs), and maintaining high customer service and store standards. Prior automotive parts experience (3–5 years) and ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sales or service preferred.
• Ability to identify parts and assist customers effectively.
• Familiarity with store inventory and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist in inventory processes such as truck put away and cycle counts.
