Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to read safety rules and parts catalogs
• Excellent customer service and communication

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties
• Assist inventory processes and store cleanliness
