Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is hiring a Divisional Training Manager to lead hourly employee training across multiple sites. You will oversee orientation, initial training, tastings, and ongoing development, ensuring training materials stay current and effective across locations.

The role requires coordinating with management and chefs, conducting seminars, and driving excellence in all hourly roles. A flexible schedule, travel as needed, and a commitment to our caring culture are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of trainer experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Skilled in leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee all aspects of hourly employee training, including orientation, initial training, tastings, and ongoing development.
• Review, maintain and update hourly employee training materials and references.
• Observe and update systems; communicate observations with management and partners.
• Attend management meetings and informational seminars as applicable.
• Achieve and maintain excellence in all hourly team functions and job descriptions.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training and development of hourly employees as needed.
• Teach ATS functions to managers and assist with applicant tracking.
• Assist with GHS, food handlers compliance, and alcohol awareness training.
• Model teamwork across all teams; respond with patience and courtesy.
• Work varying shifts at multiple sites, with possible overnight travel.
