Job summary

AdventHealth in Colorado seeks a Divisional Revenue Cycle Officer (RCO) at VP level to lead revenue cycle strategy across a multi-state division. The role reports to SVP of Revenue Cycle and works in a matrix with divisional CFOs to improve reimbursement and financial performance.

You will oversee front to back revenue cycle functions, drive change, align with enterprise goals, and partner with executives and clinicians to optimize processes, governance, and performance improvement in a large

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of front-, middle-, and back-end Revenue Cycle operations.
• Proven leadership in a large, matrix-organized healthcare environment.
• Deep understanding of hospital and physician operations and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across senior leadership.
• Ability to drive change and align stakeholders with enterprise goals.
• HFMA membership or CHFP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional Revenue Cycle strategy and performance improvements.
• Coordinate between divisional and system Revenue Cycle/Finance leadership.
• Drive change management and project initiatives across the division.
• Align divisional operations with AdventHealth enterprise objectives and policies.
• Monitor KPI performance and report to Division leaders and executives.
• Collaborate with finance, clinical teams, managed care, and regional leadership.
