Job summary

AllHealth Network is seeking a Vice President, Revenue Cycle to join its leadership team in Denver. The role focuses on strengthening financial sustainability, improving reimbursement performance, and expanding access to behavioral health care across communities served.

The VP will lead enterprise revenue cycle strategy, governance, and performance improvement, including collaboration with finance, clinical operations, technology, and payer-related functions.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise revenue cycle strategy and governance.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement, payer requirements, and denials management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise revenue cycle strategy and performance improvement.
• Build processes, reporting structures, and operating routines for revenue cycle.
• Partner with clinical, finance, technology, and payer functions to optimize revenue.
• Provide timely financial and revenue cycle information for leadership and external reporting.
• Lead negotiation and oversight of rate and non-rate issues in contracts.
