Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern California seeks a Divisional Property Director to oversee the Intermountain Division’s real estate portfolio, including Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, and Utah. You will provide strategic leadership for property stewardship, regulatory compliance, development, and long‑term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; five years in property/facilities/construction; supervisory experience preferred.
• Master's degree preferred in business or related field; professional credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Property Department and related staff; manage reports, records, approvals.
• Oversee strategic management, acquisition, sale, lease, and disposition of divisional real estate assets.
• Oversee capital improvement, renovation, and maintenance projects; coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Review contracts for scope, compliance, and approvals; ensure licenses, insurance, and documentation meet standards.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and leadership; provide status updates to stakeholders.
