Position Overview

The role focuses on onboarding and training new teammates, ensuring program outcomes such as stability, time to train, and adoption. The manager fosters community, engagement, and retention, requiring operational diagnosis, procedural improvements, and measurement tracking.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with the Divisional Vice President: Workforce planning, teammate mapping, and staffing goals.
  2. Collaborate with recruiting and regional directors: Track offers, approvals, start dates, and ensure correct onboarding in Workday.
  3. Manage new teammate experience: Oversee onboarding routines, serve as SME for Rise Program, communicate training wins, and support relationship building.
  4. Facilities readiness: Send communications, verify welcome kits, ensure technology support, and facilitate smooth training setups.
  5. Support preceptors: Identify needs, ensure certification, and conduct training or review sessions.
  6. Additional duties: Participate in partnership activities, run hiring events, and perform other assigned tasks.
Minimum Requirements
  • Educational experience with adult populations (2-4 years)
  • Associate's degree
  • Preferred: leadership and dialysis nursing experience
  • Ability to travel 20-50% locally
