Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage seeks a Divisional Business Development Manager in Bloomington, MN, to lead recruitment and strategic development of hiring plans for Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders. You will drive sourcing and selection across market regions.

The role requires 3-5 years in mortgage recruitment, with experience in loan originator or mortgage production environments, building referral networks, and strong CRM/ATS skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a mortgage sales recruiter.
• Previous experience in a loan originator, branch, or mortgage production environment, preferred.
• Experience in supporting recruiting for retail mortgage loan originators and/or a sales call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VPs, Regional Managers, Directors, Branch Managers, and Sales sources to hire top candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on current and future needs.
• Develop growth action plans for target markets with metrics from first contact to hire.
• Direct passive searches via Boolean search, cold calls, and networking.
• Meet hiring goals as determined by Recruiting leadership.
• Source passive candidates through networking and research.
• Provide weekly candidate pipeline updates to leadership.
• Maintain relationships with referral partners and candidates.
