You will manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and develop budgets, leveraging data analytics to optimize downtime and asset performance within a large retail network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related field plus 4 years in maintenance/operations
• Experience leading divisional maintenance and facility operations
• Strong vendor management and cost-control capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities, ensuring safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Guide teams through Automation Transformation and downtime/crisis management to maintain facility integrity and business continuity.
• Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract administration.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.
• Utilize data analysis and KPIs to inform strategic decisions and improve maintenance effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth workflows and resolve challenges.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure procurement compliance.
