• Experience managing divisional maintenance and facility operations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities.
• Guide teams through Automation Transformation, downtime management and crisis management to maintain facility integrity and business continuity.
• Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract administration to optimize service quality and cost efficiency.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices aligned with business objectives.
• Utilize data analysis and KPI tracking to inform strategic decisions and enhance maintenance effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve operational challenges.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to procurement protocols.
