The role uses data analytics for KPI monitoring, manages budgets and contracts, guides teams through changes and crises, and partners with operations, OEMs, and service providers to improve equipment availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field and 4 years’ experience in maintenance/operations or 6 years’ experience in maintenance/operations.
• Experience in budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Strong vendor management and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across multiple facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract administration.
• Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance operational excellence.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor KPIs, drive decisions, and report on maintenance outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to enable smooth workflows and resolve obstacles.
• Prepare and manage budgets aligned with goals and cost controls.
• Guide teams through change initiatives and crisis management.
