Job summary

Nestlé Purina is seeking a Senior Divisional Maintenance Manager to provide technical leadership across its Wet manufacturing network in the U.S. You will deploy asset maintenance strategies, coach Maintenance Managers, and drive standard routines across multiple sites.

The role includes up to 50% travel with remote work options. You will collaborate with corporate engineering, divisional leadership and factory teams to improve reliability and maintenance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional maintenance SMEs and develop factory teams.
• Ensure adherence to engineering, safety, quality, TPM and regulatory standards.
• Strengthen RCFA capability to reduce repeat failures.
