Job summary

Maersk seeks a senior operations leader to manage district managers and drive sales, operations, growth and profitability of corporate stations in the assigned territory.

You will oversee the integration of acquisitions, guide the sales team across local, national and international accounts, and ensure adherence to all regulations and corporate policies while delivering budgeted results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-station team across a large territory.
• Strong budget planning and performance management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and ACT software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of district managers across the territory.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for each station.
• Oversee transitions and integration of acquisitions.
• Develop and train sales teams at each station.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws.
• Hire, train, and administer DMs and local staff.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for DMs.
• Develop yearly budget projections with DMs.
• Monitor station performance against budget targets.
• Coordinate leases, relocations, and capex per budget.
• Recommend staffing changes to COO for approval.
• Address escalated customer complaints and make adjustments.
