The Senior Divisional EHS Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities across their relevant division. This position ensures the consistent implementation and continuous improvement of EHS practices in alignment with Bodycote PLC’s global Health & Safety Policy, Global EHS Management System and local statutory regulations.
This position represents the division in all Group wide EHS activities and programs to ensure the divisions needs, expectations and goals are met by any global initiatives.
Acting as the divisional authority on EHS matters, the role collaborates closely with site and regional teams to drive cultural change, enhance compliance, and support sustainable business operations. The position plays a key role in establishing strategic goals, auditing performance, ensuring ISO certification compliance, and leading carbon reduction initiatives across all divisional sites.
The role shall also support a Ops VP (and their relevant sites) for part of the Division they represent.
