Job summary

You will lead billing, AR/AP, GL, cost accounting, and revenue recognition while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7–10 years financial leadership as controller; 3–5 years in construction accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting; close processes.
• Experience with accounting software and billing systems.
• Ability to analyze data with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations for the assigned business group.
• Develop and document internal controls; manage banking and treasury.
• Coordinate annual budget and forecasts; report variances.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements; monitor cash flow.
• Support external audits and regulatory reporting; ensure tax filings.
• Provide training and mentoring to staff.
