Job summary

The Pasha Group seeks a Divisional Controller to lead financial reporting, accounting operations, and strategic business partnership across designated units. You will oversee accounting managers and staff, drive the month-end close, and ensure policy compliance while partnering with operations to support sound decision-making.

Key focus areas include financial reporting accuracy, budgeting, forecasting, process improvements, and talent development within a high-performing finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA designation or equivalent accounting experience preferred.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Experience working with accounting software platforms and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting controls, AR/AP, and GL reconciliation processes.
• Experience preparing complex financial analyses and worksheets.
• Ability to support accounting operations across multiple companies or entities.
• Experience developing, implementing, and communicating accounting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Financial Reporting for designated entities, divisions, and lines of business.
• Provide financial and operational reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage Month-End Close including journal entries, review, and reconciliations.
• Analyze budgets, standard costs, and variances to identify trends.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and reporting to support strategic decisions.
