Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• 4+ years related work experience
• 2+ years experience as a Supervisor or Manager
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing and collections with operations to ensure accurate data entry and timely payments.
• Facilitate premium financing for clients.
• Serve as senior accounting contact for complex billing matters.
• Prepare and interpret reports on billing accuracy, receivables aging, and performance.
• Coach staff on professional communication and documentation.
• Oversee ledger activity, including journal entries and accruals.
