Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, OR
• High School Diploma/GED and 14+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience leading sales, account management, operations, or service delivery organizations.
• Experience with international staffing strategies and healthcare workforce programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and account management teams to achieve revenue, growth, retention, and client satisfaction objectives.
• Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion within existing and prospective client accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and pipeline metrics, identifying opportunities to improve business results.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish annual revenue goals, forecasts, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Provide leadership to account management teams responsible for client retention and service delivery.
• Drive immigration operations and ensure milestones and compliance are met.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and KPI ownership across sales, operations, and finance.
