Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, OR 14+ years with HS diploma.
• Leadership experience leading sales, account management, operations, or service delivery.
• Experience in healthcare staffing or workforce solutions with international staffing.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders and client stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale international nurse recruitment initiatives.
• Experience managing managers and developing teams.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and client retention.
• Strong financial and KPI ownership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and account management teams to achieve revenue, growth, retention, and client satisfaction objectives.
• Provide leadership and oversight to account management teams and executive-level client relationships.
• Oversee immigration operations, milestones, and compliance with policies.
• Analyze performance data, manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Coach and develop managers; build succession plans and growth paths.
• Partner with HR, legal, finance, and sales to drive strategic initiatives.
