Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to support CPDI portfolio including D-IT single phase UPS, PDU, racks, and CPS three-phase UPS. You will analyze customer requirements, prepare BOMs, and deliver quotes for channel partners and end users from Arden, NC or Woodridge, IL area.

Responsibilities include providing timely presales application support, collaborating with regional teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting defined KPIs and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in sales, customer support, marketing, or engineering.
• Located within 50 miles of Arden, NC or Woodridge, IL.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales application and technical support for CPDI products (D-IT UPS, PDU, racks) and CPS 3-Phase UPS.
• Analyze customer requirements and prepare Build of Materials (BOM) and quotations.
• Collaborate with channel sales, regional engineers and end users to meet KPIs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely presales support.
• Coordinate across teams to escalate and resolve technical inquiries.
