Southland Industries seeks a Division Safety Director to oversee safety across multiple job sites, setting policy and cultivating a safety-first culture. You will partner with leadership to minimize risks and ensure employee well-being while maintaining high safety standards across operations.

The role requires 12+ years managing safety programs in large-scale construction, CSP certification, and extensive OSHA knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid required.
• OSHA 10/30/40 training required; OSHA 500 and CHST certifications preferred.
• CSP certification required for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety program management across multiple sites and locations.
• Develop KPIs and lead continuous improvement to mitigate hazards.
• Lead incident investigations including root cause analyses and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, risk management, and insurance teams on safety-related risks.
• Develop and advise safety personnel and field leadership on specialized activities.
