Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is hiring a Division Safety Manager in Irving, TX to lead safety programs for the region and ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and company policies.

You will develop training, manage incident investigations, and partner with safety teams and management to reduce risks. Requires a Bachelor’s in Safety and Health (Master’s preferred) and 3–5 years of safety experience; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Health required or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional safety experience required.
• Strong training, presentation and communication skills; able to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee safety programs to protect employees, customers, and assets.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT and related compliance activities across the region.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures.
