Matthews Memorialization seeks a Division President to oversee the Granite Division with full P&L ownership, delivering strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing and distribution. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
15+ years progressive business management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect).
Periodic travel may be required locally, nationally, and/or internationally.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management and planning skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including analysis and reasoning.
