Job summary

AllSTEM Connections seeks an Executive Operations Director / Platform Leader to harmonize two manufacturing sites into a scalable platform, owning full P&L and driving EBITDA, cash flow, and safety.

You will report directly to the CEO and lead via General Managers and matrixed corporate partners, focusing on growth strategy, cost discipline, and operational excellence across ~280 employees serving defense, government, institutional, commercial rescue, and premium consumer markets.

As Executive Operations Director / Platform Leader, you will report directly to the corporate CEO. You will hold full strategic, financial, and operational accountability across two premier, highly respected manufacturing business units. Together, these sites employ roughly 280 people and serve military, government, institutional, commercial rescue, and premium consumer markets.

Your mandate: Harmonize these businesses into a scalable operating platform, supercharge P&L performance, and maintain a visible, floor-focused leadership presence.

Your Impact

• Full P&L Ownership: Drive revenue, margin, EBITDA, and cash flow across both operating sites.
• Strategic Architecture: Define a unified growth strategy balancing institutional contract execution with commercial market expansion.
• Operational Discipline: Champion plant-level metrics across cost, quality, delivery, throughput, and safety while optimizing production planning.
• Commercial Rigor: Enforce margin discipline, pricing strategies, and capacity-based customer prioritization frameworks.
• Culture & Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams through site General Managers and matrixed corporate functional partners.

You are a battle-tested, hands-on manufacturing executive. You balance sharp strategic vision with a direct, practical communication style. You thrive on the factory floor, use data to make tough trade-offs, and know how to scale multi-site operations.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including executive P&L and operational leadership in complex manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing multi-site or multi-product environments.
• Deep financial acumen with expertise in cost structures, capacity planning, labor efficiency, and margin enhancement.
• Experience leading through General Managers, Plant Managers, and matrixed corporate functions.
