Job summary

Granite Management, LLC is seeking a Market President to provide leadership and strategic oversight across the West Lafayette market. This role is responsible for market-level P&L ownership, team performance, and the execution of Granite’s operating platform.

Reporting to the COO and executive leadership, the MP will engage with property owners and investors, visit properties in person, and drive improvements in NOI through disciplined execution and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in property management or a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve financial performance, and drive operational change.
• Strong strategic planning and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead market-wide teams and drive accountability through performance metrics.
• Own market P&L and oversee budgeting and pro forma processes.
• Develop scalable systems for operations, expansion, and contractor management.
• Ensure regulatory and lease compliance across the market.
• Engage with property owners and executives to align on strategy and NOI growth.
