Job summary

Responsibilities
- Drive division profitability and operational results.
- Sponsor continuous improvement and new technologies adoption.
- Direct strategic plan to communicate goals across divisions.
- Provide leadership and ensure best practices across locations.
- Support division in sales building and margin improvement.
- Review monthly operational results for all locations.
- Oversee annual budgeting for the division.
- Direct growth opportunities including acquisitions and new product lines.
- Lead and mentor the division management team.
- Promote open communication and a respectful culture.
