Job summary

Embark seeks a Senior Associate in Transaction Services to perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side deals across multiple markets. You will craft meeting agendas, surface critical accounting issues, and document earnings quality and working capital adjustments.

Collaboration with leadership and client teams is essential. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of Big 4/public accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and CPA preferred.
