Strong knowledge of Division Order duties and department functions.
Accurate, timely work with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Division Order Analysts; approve work and manage budgets.
Review title opinions, leases, and related documents to set up decks and communicate changes.
Process complex ownership changes and transfers; update pay codes.
Respond to complex owner inquiries and mentor staff.
Coordinate with accounting on PPA’s and cleanup projects.
Develop and maintain departmental processes and participate in audits.
