A leading Oil and Gas company based in Dallas, Texas is looking for an experienced professional responsible for maintaining division of interest ownership records. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of relevant experience in oil and gas land contracts and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Competency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with software like Quorum and Enertia is preferred. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience related to oil and gas land contracts.
• Experience in mineral, royalty, and acquisition-related land.
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all operated and non-operated AFE/WELL announcements.
• Prepare initial Enertia decks and documentation for SOX compliance.
• Research title curative and Title Opinions.
