Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a results-focused operations strategist to partner with senior leaders in TRS. You will manage cross-functional initiatives across production, finance, and facilities, ensuring scalable processes and measurable progress toward growth targets.

You will own complex projects end-to-end, from definition through implementation, and analyze data from enterprise systems to generate actionable insights for functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in consulting or finance in a high-growth tech setting or related startup.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve cross-functional problems.
• High ownership with low ego and clear ownership of outcomes.
• Proactive in identifying gaps and proposing solutions independently.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven
• Fast learner capable of handling complex, gray-area projects
• Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to scale TRS operations across product lines (Altius 600/700, Bolt, Anvil, Ghost).
• Turn ambiguous problems into defined projects spanning production, finance, hiring, and facilities.
• Provide connective support across design, development, and implementation of new processes and plans.
• Own end-to-end operational projects from definition to implementation.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and coordinate large stakeholder groups to drive solutions.
• Support corporate planning with goals, financials, and headcount targets.
• Develop data-driven insights from ERP/MRP/HRIS systems using Excel and Palantir Foundry.
