Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a candidate to join the Tactical Recon and Strike (TRS) team, driving operational projects end-to-end. You will support headcount planning and resource allocation as the division scales from hundreds to thousands of personnel.

You will synthesize complex problems into data-driven solutions, partner across finance, engineering, and production, and help lead executive-level discussions. This role emphasizes ownership, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in consulting or finance in a high-growth tech operating role.
• Ability to translate operational problems into data problems and execute.

Responsibilities

• Own operational projects end-to-end, from Definition to Implementation.
• Build out and run headcount planning for TRS as the org scales.
• Identify issues across work streams and lead projects to improve performance.
• Monitor recruiting, staffing, and financial progress against plans and advise leadership.
• Run division reporting rhythm across growth, finance, engineering, and production.
• Support leadership reviews, all-hands, and division events to sustain a strong culture.
• Coordinate for executive meetings, agendas, and follow-through.
• Execute on special projects across staffing, real estate, and business infra.
• Collaborate across functions including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Recruiting.
