Lone Star College CX Cypress Center is seeking a Division Operations Specialist to help manage the operations of a large instructional support division. You will coordinate scheduling, staff support, budgeting, and office workflows to ensure efficient use of resources.

The Division Operations Specialist assists with managing generaloperations of a large instructional support division or department.Responsible for coordination of support functions such asscheduling, maintenance, communications, equipment, workflows,supplies, information processing, and staff support. Responsiblefor providing academic and/or departmental support by coordinatingoffice activities to achieve optimum utilization of equipment andemployee productivity.
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee sits comfortably todo the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending;carrying of light items, such as papers, books, or small parts; ordriving an automobile. No special physical demands are required toperform the work.
Hiring salary range is $36,057 - $41,466.
Lone Star College provides a hiring salary range for all postedfull-time non-faculty positions. Where your salary offer would fallin that range is determined by your related experience andeducation.
