Job summary

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson (Jackson, MS) is seeking a Division Manager for our Richland-based operations. This full-time role leads daily division activities, guides a team of cleaning staff, and ensures delivery of high-quality cleaning services to multiple commercial accounts.

You will recruit and train staff, perform quality inspections, manage client relationships, schedule crews, and monitor inventory and budgets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities management or related service industry.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing teams.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned division within the commercial cleaning service area.
• Recruit, train, and manage frontline cleaning staff to ensure high performance and retention.
• Conduct quality control inspections at client sites to maintain ServiceMaster standards.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning crews across multiple commercial accounts.
• Monitor supply inventory and equipment maintenance for the division.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, productivity, and budget compliance.
