Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ownership for division operations under the Division President.
• Owns the division's operations budgets and project management processes; oversees 4 for 4 performance and time management.
• Conduct Senior Management Project Reviews; assess strategic performance trends.
• Set objectives for strategic benefits and monitor progress beyond specific projects.
• Support cash management goals and foster cross-office communication and collaboration.
• Lead training, QA/QC, and continuous improvement initiatives within the division.
